Temporary Senior Manager / Manager - Enforcement (Strategy and Technology Team)

The Strategy and Technology Team of the Enforcement Division is seeking a Temporary Manager / Senior Manager with deep expertise in digital forensics and blockchain analytics. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact investigations and strategic enforcement initiatives. The role will involve close collaboration with internal teams, law enforcement agencies, and external experts to drive technology-enabled enforcement outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead forensic data extraction, processing, and advanced analysis of electronic evidence using a wide range of digital forensic tools.
  • Participate in virtual asset projects, training, and provide professional advice to investigations involving virtual assets.
  • Prepare detailed witness statements and expert reports for use in criminal and civil proceedings.
  • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support in the use of forensic platforms such as Relativity, Nuix, GMD-Soft, and other specialised tools.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies (LEAs), financial regulators, and external forensic vendors to support cross-jurisdictional investigations.
  • Contribute to the development and deployment of innovative investigation technologies, including OSINT tools and AI-based analytics.
  • Mentor junior team members and support knowledge transfer across the division.

Requirements:

  • A recognised university degree and professional certifications in digital forensics, eDiscovery, or cyber investigations.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in digital forensic investigations, including giving expert evidence in court.
  • Proven track record in using forensic skills to support criminal investigations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with a variety of forensic tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in virtual assets, blockchain technology and related applications. Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity and Python is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of OSINT methodologies and tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in LEAs is preferred.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Temporary Manager position.
